Brazilian Rally Driving Team Member Michel Terpins

Along with his brother, Rodrigo, Michel Terpins is a member of a race car driving team in Brazil known as the Bull Sertoes, which is considered to be one of the finest teams in the annual Sertoes Rally event in the South American country. Having competed in many of these contests, where he finished in first place, he is one of Brazil’s most decorated rally drivers. He began his career in the sport of speed racing in 2002 when he participated in the rally’s motorcycle competition, and in 2015, he finished in 2nd place in the Cross Country Rally.

Michel Terpins, who was born in the city of Sao Paulo, developed an interest in learning about auto mechanics at an early age, and he spent a great deal of his childhood fixing cars. He was most likely inspired by his father, Jack Terpins, to become a sports figure, since Jack was once an athlete in the 1960s and 1970s who played professional basketball. He and his brother established their Bull Sertoes team in 2015, along with two other drivers, in order to compete in their country’s largest and most exciting off-road racing event.

The team races with an MEM Motorsport built vehicle they have named T-Rex because of its powerful V8 engine that was added to help them get through the rough roads that are part of the Sertoes Rally. After winning the 2nd stage of the 24th edition of the rally, Michel stated that it was a very difficult stage, and that it was very exhausting due to the fact that there was a lot of mountainous terrain the team had to conquer. Since the Sertoes Rally is a 7-stage event that consists of 2600 kilometers, the Terpins brothers feel that in order to be successful in it, drivers have to be disciplined, skilled, patient and hard-working.

The rally covers several states and attracts many competitors and speed racing enthusiasts each year, and the Terpins brothers and their driving team continue to be the most talented in the race. Their large fan base stays connected with them on social media platforms.
