Lawrence Bender has to be one of the greatest film producers of our time. He has created wonderful works of art in Inglorious Basterds, Pulp Fiction, and Good Will Hunting. A lot of these films have won awards because of how good they were produced. In this article, I’m going to be going over Lawrence Bender’s bio, how he got his start in film and also my favorite movie produced by him.
Lawrence Bender grew up in The Bronx, New York City, New York to a Jewish family. Growing up, he was never really all that interested in the arts. In high school, he was interested in becoming a civil engineer. Some of the reasons why were because his grandpa was a civil engineer and that it had good jobs in that field. So, Lawrence Bender enrolled at the University of Maine to pursue a degree in civil engineering. He graduated in 1979.
After college, Lawrence Bender started to dive into the arts. It was his dream to become a professional dancer but an injury permanently sidelined him. This injury is what lead Bender to his second love, film production.
Even though I have heard that Pulp Fiction and Inglorious Basterds are great films, I haven’t seen either one. However, I did see Good Will Hunting and that was amazing. In the movie, protagonist Will Hunting grows up as an orphan. He doesn’t really have a lot and faces many challenges growing up, abuse being the main one. He works the late shift as a janitor at MIT. One night while on his shift, he solves a very difficult problem that receives notice from faculty and students alike. One night, the professor who wrote the problem in the hallway tracks down Hunting. That professor eventually becomes Hunting’s mentor. He leads Hunting through the challenges he faces in his life with both his girlfriend and with life in general. All in all, I like the movie because of the challenges in it. However, the movie has a good ending when Will Hunting flies out to Stanford to meet his girlfriend, Skylar.

The 2020 Lovaganza global event will bring more success to the foundation when it is revealed in 2020 at eight different global locations in a way that will evoke memories of the classic world’s fair events of history. One of the major aspects of the global event will be the centerpiece of each and every location used with the 360 degree immersive screen that includes a 3D element that does not require glasses to be worn; these screening areas will exhibit the Lovaganza movies and be the stage area for live performances showcasing the skills of each different culture explored during the event.
To prepare for the global event every aspect of the Lovaganza movies and TV shows is being personally overseen by the husband and wife team of J.F. and Genevieve Gagnon. The couple have worked together on the scripts and filming the trilogy of movies as they prepare for a 2018 release; the couple have also written the music for an animated TV series that will be the initial introduction for many to the characters explored in “The Lovaganza Convoy” of movies.
