Julie Zuckerberg’s Importance in the Recruitment Sector.

Julie Zuckerberg is a successful professional in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry. She has been an employee of leading companies such as New York Life Insurance, Citi Group, Hudson, and New York Life Insurance where she currently works as an executive talent acquisition lead. She is an alumnus of the City University of New York-Brooklyn College, where she graduated with a degree in philosophy. Zuckerberg then enrolled at the New York Law School to pursue a law degree. Her academic qualifications have greatly assisted her in having a successful career. She has been offered top recruitment positions in the all the companies that she has served.

 

Zuckerberg joined the corporate world in November 2002 when he was offered a job at Hudson. The company is well known in the recruitment and staffing sector, and it currently has more than 2000 employees. She was the director of candidate placement at the firm. Hudson offered her various responsibilities, and they include, coaching employees, counseling, managing legal affairs, and ensuring compliance. She also assists in resolving problems that emerged between the company and its employees. Julie was in charge of hiring various staff members, and they include case managers, temporary contractors, paralegals, attorneys, support workers, and pro who held permanent positions. She was hired as to act as an executive recruiter for the firm and her roles in the new position were not very different. She has been an employee of the financial institution since April 2014 when it hired her to serve as a talent acquisition executive. The company promoted her in 2015 to be its talent acquisition lead. She works with the administration of the firm to address matters that deal with recruitment, negotiations, talent sourcing, high-level acquisitions, and enhancing staffing practices.
